Understand technical capabilities of products and relevant code of practices.
Secure new projects and orders according to individual requirements.
Meet with customers and consultants to offer sales or technical support be it on-site or in office.
Manage supply of confirmed orders to ensure projects are completed in a timely manner.
Acquire new customers and maintain healthy customer relations with existing clientele.
Possess Diploma / Degree in any field, fresh graduates welcomed.
Strong communication, customer service, problem solving and interpersonal skills.

Knowledge in local legislations on M&E works are an advantage.
Knowledge in Building M&E services, with experience in Fire Protection & Electrical Systems for M&E specifications are an advantage.
Provide technical support to production operators and customers
Attend site repair, modification and troubleshoot
On/off-site programming of supplied systems
Attend site testing and commissioning of supplied systems
Possess Professional Certificate / NITEC / Diploma / Degree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering.
Possess working experience in M&E construction industry or similar capacity is preferred.
Knowledge in Building M&E services, with project site experience in Fire Protection & Electrical Systems for M&E specifications, installations is an advantage.
Possess Class 3/3A driving license
Able to read and understand construction drawings and detect discrepancies for combined services.
Self-driven, independent and team-player.
Possess AutoCAD and drafting experience is an advantage.
Understand local legislations on M&E works.
Liaise with Sales Team for pricing
Generate invoices and monitor accounts receivables
Sending payment reminders via email
Inter-company billing
Assist Finance Team in closing of monthly accounts
Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Accounting / Audit / Finance / Business / Economics or Degree holders in any discipline will be considered favourably
Excellent interpersonal, communication & multi-tasking skills.
Good Command of English, able to speak & write well-Proficient in Microsoft Applications (Excel, Word and Power Point) & Google Docs equivalents
At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is preferable for this position
Assist in inventory management, logistic support & co-ordination
Issue delivery orders
Data entry and proper filing of documents-Assist Supervisor in managing day-to-day operational and administrative tasks-Review and recommend improvements to work flows and operations
Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Accounting / Audit / Finance / Business / Economics or Degree holders in any discipline will be considered favourably

Carry out maintenance and servicing of Bosch Addressable fire alarm system and 1 Way and 2 Way EVC systems
Testing and troubleshoot of any malfunction
Generate detailed service report of each visit
Report to service engineer for works done and necessary follow up action
